this is a fan page for the bass player Dustin Sherron of the band The Material..
i have had to pleasure of getting to know Dustin by hanging out with the band after shows. If YOU ever get the opportunity to talk to Dustin ask him what he is good at? hahah the list will be endless, he is a handy friend to have around. Dustin has many many talents. The best talent he has is putting a smile on his fans face. Dustin is a really down to earth funny guy, very outgoing,and has no problem chatting it up with his fans. He is really cool guy who makes these really awesome shoes..well he paints them. so update.. right now The Material is in the studio recording their first full length album!! yes yes i am soooo excited!! i have loved their music from the second my ears were exposed and i havent stopped listening since!!Every single song is incredible and fun and catchy, but also deep in the lyrics. this band puts their hearts and souls into their music! so with that being said i KNOW their album will be AMAZING! i cannot wait to see what they walk out of the studio with, whatever it is, is sure to blow you away!
i apologize for not updating more often, they were in a transitioning stage from their old drummer Noah (we love you Noah) to their new drummer Mr. Kevin Pintado! so i am also stoked to announce their first show with their new drummer Kevin will be June 19th at the Epicentre in San Diego,Ca.. so if you can come out please do! It will be a show you do NOT want to miss, they are incredible live and would love to see your faces! :)
